I had always been impressed with my nephew, Jack, and I was so proud of how funny and creative he was. One day, he came to me with this wild idea. He wanted to create an all-music cover of the Weezer song, Buddy Holly, on a Fisher Price piano.

At first, I thought he was joking. A Fisher Price piano? That couldn't possibly sound good. But Jack was determined. He spent hours tinkering with the toy instrument, and before long, he had created a truly unique and catchy version of the song.

With a newfound confidence, Jack decided to print the song to 12 inch vinyl and send it out to all the college radio stations. We were both a little nervous about what would happen, but we figured it was worth a shot.

To our surprise, the song became an overnight sensation. College students all across the country were singing along and requesting it on the radio. And before we knew it, Jack was being asked to perform the song on Saturday Night Live.

As if that wasn't exciting enough, during the performance, Weird Al Yankovic jumped on stage with his accordion and joined in. The audience went wild, and it was clear that Jack had found a new fan in Weird Al.

After the show, Weird Al invited Jack to join his 2023 tour as his opening act. I couldn't believe it. My nephew, who had started out playing a Fisher Price piano in his bedroom, was now going on tour with one of the biggest names in comedy music. It was a dream come true, and I was so proud of him.
